I have noticed that ERAS allows you to post up to 28,000 characters (including spaces) of personal statement! does that mean it is recommended to have such lengthy paper? I also have heard that it must be NO LONGER than a page! How detrimental to my ERAS application if I go beyond one page if indeed one page is the recommended length? I need help asap. ResidencyStatement.com recommends NO LONGER THAN A PAGE (~750 words)!
No more than a page which is usually between 650 to 800 words. Program directors do not like and do no expect more than one page personal statement. @goodapplicant
