This afternoon, a Federal Judge in Hawaii halted the new Trump’s Travel Ban that was set to enter into effective at midnight, tomorrow on March 16, 2017. The new travel ban on six majority Muslim countries (Iran, Yemen, Somalia, Sudan, Libya, and Syria) will not be enforced. Also, the refugee program will not be suspended thanks to this District Judge’s ruling.

I will keep you posted.

…and maybe Trump is preparing for another revised ban.

He will most likely appeal the judge decision. This case will more likely go all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.

In your opinion will this ever fully pass or will it just continue to be blocked? @cugasana

By the way, we really appreciate your presence in this forum.

NetG-It is an honor to be able to contribute to the forum! As of whether EO will continue to be blocked, We do not know until it is decided by the US Supreme Court. More chances of being blocked permanently will depend on whether the case reaches the Supreme Court before the confirmation of the new Justice Gorsuch.
